Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

-       Develop long-term strategies and plans for Reporting & Analysis capabilities, as well as for the system sustain.

-       Assisting in planning, analyzing and defining solutions through functional and technical expertise.

-       Supervising the implementation of all actions required to deploy an application in order to ensure that the application meets both technical and business needs.

-       Challenges and inspires partners to achieve business results.

-       Develops resource plans for team, including utilization, capacity and capabilities.

-       Develop comprehensive data system architecture to support the creation of conceptual models, combination models, taxonomy analysis and multi-source data fusion for corporate information platform.

-       Maintain the quality standards, traceability and structure of the data and information collected.

-       Act as the interface between the business intelligence team and the IT personnel supporting the creation of flexible databases allowing profiling the information under different perspectives. 

-       Identifies opportunities for new technology capabilities and implementation of technology-specific development processes and standards.

-       Leads and participates as a project team member in design, specification, development and test phases of projects.

-       May support systems development with user services, including problem resolution and ensuring delivery of expected performance and availability.

-       Oversees the design, development, testing, installation and maintenance of new and ongoing small systems solutions.

-       Participates on budgeting and budget management for the unit and for projects.

-       Plans and manages business unit and department processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

ESSENTIAL

 

-              8+ years of Information Technology Experience, and 5+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence solutions.

 

-              Solid technical understanding of data warehousing including management reporting design and management

-              Experience with SQL Server/Oracle is essential

-              Experience with data analytics tools like PowerBI, Tableau, etc.

-              Good knowledge with data modeling, including multi-dimensional modeling, ETL, and metadata development.

-              Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to influence managers and executives. Good English communication skill.

-              Strong planning, problem solving and decision-making skills

-              Ability to interact effectively with internal business teams, at different levels of the organization.

-              General business acumen and understanding of the role of technology in business transformation and increased operational efficiency.

-              Possess excellent analytical skills and be able to sieve through large and often conflicting data to develop key insights.

-              Passionate about technology and its ability to transform businesses.

-              Experience in management of outsourced vendor relationships with strong negotiation skills.

-              Experience with outsourcing and distributed global team environment is preferred.

 

DESIRABLE

-              Proven ability to work under pressure and maintain composure and delivery

-              Experience with big data solution is preferred.

-              Experience with on-cloud BI solution is preferred

-              Experience with CRM tools is a plus

-              Hyperion systems experience (Planning, Essbase, Strategic Finance)

-              High energy, self-motivated and independent

-              Strong problem solving and analytical skills

-              Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities

-              Strong interpersonal communication skills

-              Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and with written documentation

-              Understanding of project management and PMP is a plus.
