Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  Develop/Fine-tune RCI Brand Architecture & brand proposition by understanding consumer insights and market trends thru quali and quanti data.

Develop brand guideline and provide build image/guideline training to internal and external partners/cross-departments. Take full lead of reviewing, monitoring and improving, all the communication collateral, media material, signage/poster/digital screen both shore-side (b2b and b2c) and shipboard to keep Brand consistency. 

Work with Marketing Head, Brand and Creative Head to develop annual MKT strategies and MKT budget.

Develop annual brand communication campaign big idea, and develop brand assets, such as TVC, KV, creative agency.

Establish BAL (Brand agency lead) forum to ensure other agencies (media, PR, social) to work together to develop integrated campaign under big idea,  and ensure the integrated plan on brand look and feel

Set KPI and Measure KPI for  brand integrated campaigns, and propose action plans for improving performance according to challenges, opportunities

Work with product team to develop New ship strategies, and ensure new ship and new products proposition is in line with brand proposition

Develop agency management SOP (assessment and appraisal) , hold agencies accountable to deadlines and acting as external brand guardians

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree above, 10+ years’ solid experience in Brand Management and Brand Activation FMCG experience is preferred

With at least 3 years team management experience

With at least 3 years multi-agencies management experience

With at least 3 years budget management

With proven successful record in leading and developing integrated brand campaign

With brand guideline/brand look and feel development experience

Willing to work under pressure

Good at communication and conflict management

Good at project & time management

Good people leadership

Good at agency management and familiar with agency briefing process

Sensible to business data and good at translating data to business implication

Strong in understanding consumer insights by quali and quanti data, and can translate consumer insights into business planning

Has good sense of beauty and brand association, can ensure creative is in line with brand equity

 Fluent in both oral and written English
